The rebranding process presented two major challenges:
The brand name Ragnarok carried stronger recognition with customers, but the identity leaned on the RPDL moniker, creating confusion and weakening brand connection.
The brand’s look and feel positioned it as appealing to a ₦5M audience, while in reality, it sold luxury properties ranging from ₦45M to ₦200M. This mismatch diluted its premium positioning.

The logo and identity were redesigned to highlight Ragnarok while still retaining elements of RPDL. This preserved brand familiarity while strengthening recognition and trust.
The brand’s visuals, tone, and overall outlook were elevated to reflect exclusivity and sophistication, aligning directly with a high-net-worth audience and reinforcing its luxury real estate positioning.
